Does the truck scale have an anti-cheating function?

Truck scales usually have various anti cheating functions to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of weighing data, including the following aspects:

1. Anti remote cheating function
By installing anti-interference devices and encrypted weighing modules, it is possible to prevent the use of wireless remote control to interfere with sensor signals and tamper with weight.
Some high-end instruments have signal integrity detection, which can identify abnormal signal changes.

2. Video surveillance linkage function
Install a camera to record the entire weighing process and associate it with the weighing record to prevent personnel or vehicle tampering.
The license plate recognition system can be set to automatically match vehicles with weighing data, avoiding repeated weighing cheating.

3. Infrared detection system
Detecting whether the vehicle is fully loaded onto the weighing platform through an infrared grating to prevent reducing weighing data by only partially loading the wheels.
If the vehicle is not fully weighed, the system will automatically sound an alarm or prohibit weighing.

4. Measures to prevent sensor bypass
The wiring and sensors of the weighing system are enclosed to prevent tampering with the weighing results by adding bypass resistors.
Some systems use digital sensors to encrypt and transmit data, making it less susceptible to human interference.

5. Anti cheating function at the software level
In the weighing software, abnormal value alarms, duplicate weighing limits, data comparison logic, etc. can be set to automatically identify suspicious behavior.
The system log can record operation time, personnel, weight changes, etc., for easy traceability afterwards.

6. Vehicle number recognition and weighing linkage
By using RFID or license plate recognition technology to record the matching of entry and exit vehicles with weighing information, false or duplicate weighing can be avoided.

7. Limiting and guiding devices
Set up limiters or wheel guide rails to ensure that the vehicle is correctly parked in the weighing position and prevent vehicle movement from affecting the weighing value.
